Monique Cooper, LMA, is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser technician at Sanova Dermatology in Metairie, Louisiana (formerly Poole Dermatology). With more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics and three years working in dermatology, Monique provides advanced, results-driven skin treatments in a medical setting. She specializes in laser hair removal, miraDry® for permanent underarm sweat and odor reduction, microneedling for anti-aging and acne scar treatment, and customized chemical peels for all skin types, including acne and hyperpigmentation.
Monique earned her esthetics certification from John Jay Beauty College in 2011 and completed advanced laser training at the National Laser Institute in Dallas in 2018, where she became a certified laser technician. She is passionate about helping patients achieve clearer, healthier skin through personalized treatment plans designed to improve confidence and long-term skin health. Known for her warm, approachable style, Monique takes time to build lasting relationships with her patients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.
A New Orleans native, Monique enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and getting creative in her free time.
