Dr. Neal T. Foley is a board-certified cardiovascular and vascular surgeon serving patients in Austin and Bee Cave, Texas. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular and venous conditions, including varicose veins, peripheral artery disease, and other cardiovascular disorders. Dr. Foley combines advanced surgical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients maintain optimal vascular health.
He earned his B.A. in Biology from Northwestern University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Foley completed residencies in general, vascular, and thoracic surgery, and a fellowship in cardiovascular surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, where he also served on the faculty.
Dr. Foley is a member of the Travis County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Society of Thoracic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and the Michael E. DeBakey International Surgical Society.
