What is Secret™ RF?
Secret™ RF is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment designed to improve the overall quality, texture, and appearance of the skin. The technology combines microneedling with controlled radiofrequency energy delivered at various depths of the skin to promote collagen remodeling.
Secret RF can help address a variety of skin concerns, including:

Secret RF offers two treatment tip sizes, 25-pin and 64-pin, giving your provider customizable options for treating both the face and body with precision. Your provider will tailor the treatment based on the area, your skin type, and your specific concerns.
Please note: Secret RF is currently offered exclusively at our Sanova Dermatology – Pflugerville office. It is not available at our other locations.
What to expect during Secret RF treatment
Before treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied to help maximize your comfort. During the procedure, you may feel slight heating and pressure in the treatment area.
Sessions typically take 30–45 minutes, depending on the area treated. Most patients return to normal activities right away. Minor redness or swelling may occur and usually subsides within 12–24 hours. Your provider will give you post-treatment skin care instructions to follow.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT SCHEDULE & RESULTS
Most patients undergo 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Some notice improvement after their second session, with continued results as collagen remodeling progresses over time. Results vary by individual, and maintenance treatments are generally recommended every 12–18 months.
