What is Ultherapy?

Ultherapy is an FDA-approved, nonsurgical skin tightening treatment that uses ultrasound to lift and rejuvenate skin without downtime. It's designed to treat sagging skin on your neck, chin, or brow area. It works by stimulating collagen production deep within the skin, giving it a tighter, more youthful appearance.

How does Ultherapy work?

Ultherapy uses ultrasound technology to go deep below the foundation of the skin. This technology allows the dermatologist to visually target tissue during treatment.

Ultherapy treatment process

In comparison to plastic surgery methods that use the scalpel, need stitches, and give you days and weeks of swelling, healing, and recovery, there is little to no discomfort with Ultherapy. Some patients might experience minor discomfort from the ultrasound energy emitted, but it is virtually painless.

Results

You may notice results after the first treatment, but most patients will see full results after 2-3 months. It’s important to follow the full treatment plan to see optimal results. The effects of treatment can last up to a year.
